Shelter Floating Sauna provides private and group sauna experiences. These Terms apply to all guests, visitors, and users of our website and services. We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of those changes.

• All bookings must be made through our official website and booking platform.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

• Prices are listed in CAD and GST and booking fees will be added at checkout.

• Gift cards and promo codes must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be retroactively added.

• Guests must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by Shelter Floating Sauna staff.

• If you have a medical condition (including heart issues, high/low blood pressure, or pregnancy), please consult your physician before using sauna facilities.

• Shelter Floating Sauna is not responsible for any injury, illness, or medical condition that may occur as a result of sauna use.

• We reserve the right to deny entry or ask guests to leave if their behaviour is unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive.

By booking a session at Shelter Floating Sauna, the experience involves inherent risks, including sauna sessions, cold plunges and time spent outdoor. These may include but are not limited to:

• Dehydration, overheating, or burns from hot surfaces

• Dizziness, fainting, or cardiovascular stress

• Cold exposure–related risks such as shock or cramping

• Slips, falls, or contact with wet or uneven surfaces

• Illness, allergic reactions, or other physical injury

You acknowledge that:

• Sauna and cold exposure can amplify underlying health conditions.

• Individuals with heart disease, high or low blood pressure, respiratory illness, or who are pregnant should consult a physician before participating.

• Activities are not supervised by medical professionals.

• You are responsible for knowing my own limits and participating mindfully.

• You will immediately inform staff if I feel unwell, unsafe, or experience any adverse effects.

• Failure to follow staff instructions or posted safety guidelines may result in removal without refund.

By participating in Shelter Sauna Sauna activities, you grant permission for photographs, videos, or audio recordings of you to be used by Shelter Sauna for promotional purposes including on social media, the website, and marketing materials.

If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please inform staff upon arrival — we fully respect that choice.

• Please arrive clean, sober, and respectful of others’ experiences.

• Personal belongings are the responsibility of the guest; Shelter Floating Sauna is not liable for lost or stolen items.

• Any damage to property caused by a guest will be charged to the guest responsible.

By participating in any session at Shelter Sauna, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with sauna use, including heat exposure and related physical effects. Shelter Floating Sauna and its staff are released from all liability for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your participation.
