From our dock to your door

  • We offer Canada-wide shipping for all Shelter Goods, so you can carry a little calm wherever you are. Orders are carefully packed and shipped with care, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your package is on its way.

  • Choose local pickup and stop by Shelter Floating Sauna at 21 Lakeshore Drive West, Penticton, BC. Orders can be picked up daily from 7:30AM to 8:00PM. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.

  • We want you to love your Shelter Goods. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase if items are defective, the wrong size, or otherwise not quite right. Products must be in their original condition with packaging intact.
